High quality, artisan jewelry, specializing in natural gemstones and pearls. All sterling silver, 14k gold fill and fine silver. Most of my chains are hand beaded with accents of gemstones or hematite for the extra touch. I believe in using all of the "tools in your toolbox", meaning that I am constantly learning new techniques and disciplines. My work has a distinctive, delicate simplicity that highlights the gemstones and bring the viewer in close for a bit of intimacy. Step in, notice the details and take time to appreciate the art that surrounds you. Take time to smell the roses.

Love that it is versatile and can be worn casually as well. I bought the matching earrings to go with the necklace. (Will post photo wearing that as well)

Care instructions
Storing sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish quickly. To reduce tarnish and keep jewelry tarnish free, it is recommended that sterling silver jewelry be stored in an air-tight protective bag made of tarnish proof cloth or a plastic zip lock bag. The natural oils from the skin help minimize the tarnishing of sterling silver items, so the more frequently a piece is worn, the less likely it is to tarnish. Please do not wear fine jewelry while swimming or bathing.
What is Gold Filled?
It is important to know the differences between Gold Filled jewelry and Gold Plated jewelry when making your choice. Gold filled is an amazing, quality alternative to solid gold. Gold plating is the lower level and these items tend to tarnish and can often times turn the skin green.
Gold Filled: Gold filled is an actual layer of gold pressure bonded to another metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and tarnish resistant. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. As a matter of fact, anyone who can wear gold can wear gold filled without worries of any allergic reaction to the jewelry.
